How do I care for my jewelry?

Chamilia’s silver and gold beads are treated to resist tarnishing but sometimes they do need a quick touch-up. To do this, we recommend using a simple silver polishing cloth.

Do not use liquid silver polish as it removes the oxidization, which is part of the design, off the beads and bracelets. It is also recommended that you remove your jewelry before coming into contact with water, hot tubs, and swimming pools, as exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your Chamilia product.

How does the bracelet work?

Chamilia’s extensive collection of beads allows you to create a style that is all your own. Instructions are provided to learn more about how to assemble your new jewelry.

What is the purpose of locks?

Most often, locks are placed on each end of the bracelet to prevent movement of the beads; however, they can be placed anywhere you choose to complete your finished design.

What are Chamilia's beads made of?

Chamilia jewelry is made of the finest materials, including 14k gold, .925 sterling silver, Swarovski® Elements, and Italian Murano glass.

How do I know if a bead is an authentic Chamilia bead?

All Chamilia beads are marked with “Chamilia” or “Cham” to indicate they are authentic Chamilia beads.

What is the difference between Miss Chamilia and the Chamilia Collection?

Miss Chamilia is a distinct jewelry line created and sized just for young girls (approximately 8-12 years of age). The beads are designed for their interests and styles. The bracelets and necklaces are sized just for them too. Beads from the Miss Chamilia kids line will not fit on Chamilia Collection bracelets and necklaces.

Warranty

We accept returns on defective products that are returned within 12 months from the date of sale or the date of receipt.

General wear and tear is not covered by the Chamilia Warranty Policy. This includes damage from using liquid silver polish on the product, wearing it in pools or hot tubs, and normal fading on oxidized items. Please see Chamilia’s warranty policy for further details.

Do you offer a repair service?

We regret to inform you that we currently do not offer any repairs. However, we advise you to contact a goldsmith in order to find out about repair options.
